GRC Strategy and Risk Governance Director

Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Company looking to hire a new Director to oversee GRC Strategy, Risk and Governance

The IT GRC Strategy & Risk Governance group will be responsible for managing the strategic direction of the IT GRC organization and its director will be an active member of the IT GRC Leadership team, participate in designing the strategic roadmap of IT GRC, support implementing that roadmap, and will be responsible for the continuous improvement of their group and the wider IT GRC organization. They will ensure company leadership has the information needed to make strategic risk-based decisions enabling the achievement of business objectives globally. You will build, mentor, and scale the team, which deploys common governance and risk processes.

In this role you will:

• Lead a multiple year roadmap for GRC
• Collaborate and lead stakeholders across the company
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement
• Imagine and Innovate a new approach and new methods to challenge the existing status quo and drive enterprise decisions
• Inspire your team and stakeholders alike

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in consulting helping large clients implement GRC strategies AND/OR in house experience doing the same for a global employer
• The ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
