Key Responsibilities:

Core Qualifications:
Knowledge of Cannabis: Must have experience working with cannabis or the knowledge of its effects
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer Service Experience: Must have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service in Sales environment.
Self-Motivated: A highly self-motivated and ethical individual.
Math Skills: Intermediate-level math skills for accurate register management.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers and related software.
Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, holidays.
Additional Requirements:
Age: Must be at least 21 years old due to state regulations.
Education: Cannabis courses and life experiences. Minimum high school diploma.
Technology: Proficiency in using electronic payment systems.
Standing and Walking: Frequent standing and walking throughout the workday.
Background Check: Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
Compensation: $16.50 per hour
