Position Overview

Assist the Marketing Manager in management of marketing and advertising responsibilities, including specific projects for JB & Associates dba Buff City Soap, Crunch Fitness, Sun Tan City.

Responsibilities

Marketing Events - Assist local marketing activations and grassroots efforts for rapid store growth.

Could include some travel to markets to execute marketing events.

Assist in with local and national social posts.

Solicit, coordinate and facilitate in-store or on-site events.

Assist in ordering marketing materials.

Work with Marketing Manager to determine local marketing needs.

Collaborate with local Influencers to coordinate partnerships and influencer events.

Email communications outlining store marketing event results and sales information.

Assist with posting stories content to local Facebook and Instagram pages.

Ongoing Marketing Support – Assist with all marketing plans at local level (including execution of on-going grassroots and sampling).

Assist Marketing Manager in reporting and analysis needs – Coupon and deal redemption, analysis of adjustments needed for challenged stores.

Social Media– Respond to social media inquiries and work with field teams to resolve guest issues, party bookings/appointments, etc. Assist in ensuring accuracy of store information on social media platforms, maps apps and in-store signage.

Local Store Marketing assistance – Assembly, organization, coordination and execution of sampling projects.

Assist with executing local partnerships with influencers, businesses and organizations within each community.

Monitor and communicate in-store merchandising needs with field teams and ensure brand consistency among stores.

Skills and Specifications

Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience in sales is preferred

High level of attention to detail, proofing

Highly organized

Ability to travel occasionally

Works well with a team on projects
