JOB TITLE: Assembler

REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt, Hourly

POSITION VALUE STATEMENT: Performs one or more assembly or subassembly operations to mass produce products such as pressure fryers, ventless fryers, pressure smokers, broilers, filters, accessory items, and related foodservice equipment into a finished product.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Owns all aspects of [Department]

· Enter Essential Responsibilities of job

Assemble sub-assemblies and final assemblies to print.

Keep work areas clean.

Perform quality checks.

Build with technical documents using hand and power tools.

Stay on track with the production schedule.

Communicate shortages or any opportunities to your supervisor.

· Include Processes

Work in a batch or 1 piece flow line process.

o Able to follow FIFO system.

Relationship Management

· Coach, Mentor, and develop team(s) in accordance with company culture

· This must relate to the position and company culture

· Develop and maintain relationships with team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

• Must have good basic math skills.

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools and assembly functions.

• Able to understand blueprints and use basic measuring instruments.

• Able to read wiring schematics.

• General Education Diploma
