Job Description
The Representative, Territory Sales Builder reports directly to the Senior Manager, Regional Sales Builder. The primary objective of the Representative, Territory Sales Builder is to meet or surpass the territory sales plan by acquiring new accounts, expanding business within existing accounts, and managing select accounts. This role encompasses full ownership of account relationships and serves as the central coordinator among all parties involved in account management.
This position also entails overseeing all aspects of Builder Channel sales within the Atlanta, Georgia market.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This role involves working from a home office and traveling 50-75% of the time, with limited overnight stays for customer meetings, sales support, and new home construction site visits. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate and the individual frequently works in an outdoor environment.
