This internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience and valuable insights into the corporate world, allowing you to apply your academic knowledge to real-world scenarios.

• Assist team members with various projects and tasks across different departments
• Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing initiatives
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
• Help prepare presentations and reports
• Shadow experienced professionals to learn about different roles within the organization
• Collaborate with other interns on cross-functional projects
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Engage in learning and development activities to enhance your skills

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, and/or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (both major and overall)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated interest in professional growth and development
• Flexibility to work on diverse projects across different departments
• Willing and able to travel locally as needed

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $28 - $34 per hour. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
