    Overview:
    We are seeking a Building Automation Project Manager/Engineer to oversee the design, management, and execution of building control systems for various commercial projects. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance and sustainable solutions while meeting safety and budget requirements. The position offers opportunities for hands-on technical support, project management, and client engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage building automation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
    • Lead the commissioning of building automation systems to ensure proper installation and functionality.
    • Provide ongoing project support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare and review submittals and drawings to meet project specifications.
    • Use project management software (ProCore, Autodesk Build) to manage documentation and communication.
    • Collaborate with trades, general contractors, engineers, and customers for smooth project execution.
    • Work with building automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus, APIs).

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of project management experience.
    • Experience with submittals, drawings, and cloud-based software.
    • Expertise with Tridium Niagara N4 and Johnson Controls Facility Explorer.
    • Familiarity with the Minneapolis/St. Paul market.
    • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of networking for building automation systems.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing project needs.
    • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
