Job Description:

LR Management is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team full-time. As a cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our apartment communities are clean and well maintained.

** Responsibilities**

• Clean common areas of the apartment building including hallways, stairwells, lobbies, elevators, and laundry rooms
• Sweep and mop throughout the building including the club house
• Assist with move-in/ move outs cleaning as needed
• Clean vacant units
• Clean window, doors, and glass surface
• Empty trash bins in common areas
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to property manager

** Requirements**

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to life up to 25 lbs.
• Great communication Skills
• Reliable and punctual
