The ideal candidate is a combination of strong skills relevant to the role, adaptability, can work well with the company culture and job requirements, and who is interested in a meaningful role on a supportive team. This position would be part time and hours would vary week to week, based on tasks required. Candidates would likely work 20 – 30 hours per week. Responsibilities: • Maintains cleanliness of both locations in Springfield. • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. • Cleaning mirrors and windows. • Regular dusting. • Upkeep of bathroom(s) cleanliness and stock. • Daily disposal of trash. • Regularly checking for cleaning needs around the building. • Able to manage inventory of supplies. • Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a building custodian or similar field. • Must be detail oriented and organized. • Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment. • Strong ability to be task focused. • Must have strong time management skills. • Must be able to maintain 2 locations. • Ability to adapt to task changes and varied working hours. Compensation: $17 hourly DOE
