Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance: Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

• Equipment Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of building equipment and systems to identify and address potential issues proactively.​

• Energy Management: Monitor and manage energy consumption to promote efficiency and sustainability within the building operations.​

• Tenant Support: Respond promptly to tenant service requests, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations and maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction.​

• Compliance: Ensure all building operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.​

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and future reference.​

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in building systems or related fields preferred.​

• Experience: Proven experience as a Building Engineer or in a similar role within commercial real estate.​

• Skills: Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.​
