What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent, with knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, and HVAC troubleshooting

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and work order systems

Clean driving record and ability to travel between properties

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for long periods
