Responsibilities: • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment Qualifications: • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
