We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner Qualifications: • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • Experience with facilities management software is preferred Compensation: $18.50 per hour
