Responsibilities: • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues Qualifications: • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required Compensation: $50,000- $65,000
