Responsibilities: • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts Qualifications: • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary Compensation: $50,000- $65,000
