Responsibilities: • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures Qualifications: • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED Compensation: 23.00 - 25.00 hourly
