You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. This is a part time position. Thursday/Friday - 4pm-10pm and Saturday/Sunday - 11am-7pm. Responsibilities: • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction Qualifications: • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
