Responsibilities: • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts Qualifications: • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Compensation: $15 - $16.50 hourly
