Responsibilities: • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory Compensation: $20 - $22 Hourly based on experience
