Responsibilities: • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria Qualifications: • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required Compensation: $12.50 per hour
