Job Title: Building Science Senior Project Manager

Salary Range: $115k - $135k (licensed engineer or architect)

Position Summary:
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead various projects ranging from forensic investigations to new construction consulting. The role involves managing technical staff, client relations, project budgets, and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in building science, engineering principles, and building envelope design.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion.
Provide design solutions.
Provide technical oversight and architectural stamping as needed.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Mentor and train emerging leaders within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture.
Registered Massachusetts Engineer or Architect.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
Strong technical expertise in building science and construction principles.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Passive House and CPHC Certifications are a plus.
Benefits:
