JOB TYPE Full-time/Part-time

COMPENSATION PLAN $10-15 per hour. $15-25 per appointment. $100 bonus per every lead that ends up a closed project. Each time that you make 15 appointments within a week, you will accumulate $1 more per hour, and $2 per appointment, tiered structure up to $15 per hour and $25 per appointment. Great starting point to gain experience in Sales!

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION This position is responsible for generating highly qualified leads through Door-to-Door canvassing. Our Canvassing team schedules appointments for our sales team and represents our brand to the public. There is no experience needed as training, marketing materials, company apparel & pre-selected neighborhoods are provided to you. We offer ongoing training and support to ensure your success. We are looking for talented talkers that are highly motivated and looking to earn great money!  Your job will be to schedule a no-cost no-obligation inspection for future home roofing needs. It is the responsibility of the canvasser to record accurate data regarding the information of prospective customers and to represent Built to Last Roofing with enthusiasm and professionalism. 

QUALIFICATIONS: • Strong verbal communication skills • Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the desire to succeed • Goal oriented and self motivated • Flexibility - includes weekend and evening work • Problem-solving skills • Be courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform at all times • Attend company meetings as required • MUST be willing to work outdoors in any season. • MUST have reliable transportation • MUST be 18+
