IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

*Utilizing company-provided leads to develop relationships over the phone and via email with real estate agents throughout Texas, Colorado & Florida

• Building solid relationships with existing and new business partners to create an on-going pipeline of residential sales leads

*Calling potential customers from leads to discuss which home security system package will best meet their needs and completing the sales process.

• Meeting and exceeding weekly sales goals

• Regularly following-up with business partners to ensure maximum lead generation

• Efficiently completing sales protocols to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

*Providing excellent customer service on every call

REWARDS:

(AVERAGE $17.00-$19.00/HR)!

TRAINING:(4WEEKS) $400/WK GUARANTEE PLUS $900 BONUS POTENTIAL;

POST TRAINING: $500/WK GUARANTEE; COMMISSIONS: $250-$500 PER SALE MONTHLY BONUSES: $500-$1500/MONTH
