Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsible for taking guests' orders.
Answer the phone, and take takeout orders.
Ensures Dining Room is clean and organized.
Greet guest with genuine hospitality.
Know recipes for a make shakes.
Assist in dining room set up, food running, guest satisfaction.
Interacts with guests to ensure positive dining experience.
Responsible cash handling and Point of Sale use.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Basic reading skills.
Basic computer skills.
Must visually scan restaurant to anticipate guests' needs.
Ability to work well with others and independently.
Ability to organize and multi-task.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is an hourly paid position. Days and hours of work vary according to business hours and job requirements. Business operates seven (7) days a week; and hours start as early as 9 AM and can go as late as 11 PM depending on the work required.
