Responsibilities: • Read and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams • Execute maintenance and installation of plumbing equipment for homes and offices • Enter completed projects and the parts used into database • Fulfill preventative maintenance orders for customers • Diagnose and repair problems, including component installation and replacement • Replace defective piping • Repair leaks inside the boiler room • Pipe welding is a plus • General plumbing skills • Boiler chamber repair • Knows their way around tools Qualifications: • Great physical dexterity, must be able to safely lift 50 lbs, crawl, and work in tight spaces • The candidate must have excellent problem-solving, interpersonal skills, patience and a can-do attitude • Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent • Current driver’s license and clean driving record • This position requires 1+ years of apprenticeship in the field with a master plumber • 1 year minimum experience • Capable of working alone • A team player Compensation: $55,000 yearly
