Job Description: South Jersey Automotive Retailer is seeking an IT support person to assist its growing digital retailing environment. Full time position M-F 8-5 Off hours when needed… Responsibilities include: Provide support for desktop computers, laptops and mobile devices Ability to troubleshoot broken desktop computers, laptops  and printers Create new users within an Active Directory environment Ability to modify and deploy group policies Experience working with Windows Servers and knowledge of virtualization concepts Understanding concepts of computer networks and VLANS Office 365 admin center experience preferred WDS and MDT experience a plus Install and configure network printers Update and troubleshoot iPads and other mobile devices Configure network shares and folder(s) with proper user permissions Job Requirement:Qualifications Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems. Strong working knowledge of software, hardware, networking, operating systems, and security applications as they relate to the automotive industry. VOIP experience would be a plus. Ability to quickly roll out new PCs and workstations on an as needed basis across the organization. Outstanding communication skills; demonstrated background working well with management, staff and co-workers in one-on-one and group settings. Superior analytical, technical and problem-solving abilities, Travel to support remote dealership locations will be required.
