    Woodlands Primary Healthcare is a private medical practice seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Admin Assistant to support our CEO. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional to gain valuable experience in medical industry business management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the CEO
    • Assist with Human Resources tasks (recruitment, onboarding, benefits)
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies
    • Manage accounting tasks (AP/AR, budgeting)
    • Maintain CEO's calendar and schedule appointments
    • Coordinate projects and events
    • Conduct research and analyze data for business decisions
    • Project implementation and management

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or currently pursuing)
    • 1-2 years of administrative experience (medical, HR or marketing industry experience a plus)
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Responsible, eager to learn, and proactive
    • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and ADP a plus
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
