POSITION OBJECTIVES

1. Support Current Licensing Services Projects:
Facilitate the gathering of Themes, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria (Agile Artifacts).
Decompose existing requirements documents into manageable Agile Artifacts.

2. Educate and Support Agile Practices:
Provide direct support and education on the creation of Agile Artifacts.
Facilitate development teams in executing acceptance criteria effectively.

3. Facilitate Development and Quality Assurance:
Lead discussions to gather story points for a predictive level of effort model.
Ensure alignment between development and quality assurance teams on project goals
and deliverables. **

4. Enhance Communication and Collaboration:**
Promote effective communication between stakeholders and development teams.
Foster a collaborative environment to ensure project success.

5. Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the Agile framework.
Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the
development process.
