We seek a Senior Business Systems Analyst and an Expert Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. These roles require strong analytical and communication skills to evaluate complex business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions aligned with organizational goals. The selected candidates will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and leadership to drive successful project delivery and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities (Senior Role): Experience - 5+ years Salary Range - $85,000 - $110,000

Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.

Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture and prioritize business needs.

Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including stakeholders, developers, and management teams.

Utilize business intelligence platforms to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making.

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using project management tools.

Work within an Agile software development environment to deliver projects successfully.

Basic Qualifications (Senior Role):

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (equivalent formal education may substitute for experience).

Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.

Familiarity with business intelligence tools and project management software.

Responsibilities (Expert Role): Experience - 7+ years Salary Range - $127,000 - $140,000

Develop and implement advanced business analysis strategies that align with organizational vision and drive change.

Collaborate with executive leadership to define business objectives and influence decision-making.

Manage large-scale cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders across departments.

Conduct predictive modeling and analysis using advanced data tools.

Monitor market trends and public sector dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

Masterfully utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SQL for data-driven recommendations and reporting.

Basic Qualifications (Expert Role):

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or Product Manager role.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (equivalent formal education may substitute for experience).

Proven ability to manage high-stakes projects and align initiatives with strategic objectives.

Mastery of advanced data analysis and predictive modeling tools.

Key Skills (Applicable to Both Roles):

Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, SolarWinds.

Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.

Alation, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams.

Advanced facilitation and collaboration skills with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Comprehensive understanding of Agile software delivery lifecycle.
