Minimum Qualifications:

4 years of experience in data governance or data management or in a related area as a business analyst

4 years of experience working directly with program/business staff to implement a technical solution

4 years of experience engaging with and preparing verbal and written communications and presentations for non-technical staff

4 years of experience guiding stakeholders in managing change related to technology and business processes

4 years of experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred:

2 years of experience documenting business and technical metadata

2 years of experience with the Informatica data governance tool (Axon, Enterprise Data Catalog, and/or Informatica Data Quality)

2 years of experience working with public health program areas or data assets

Specific Skills:

Data governance/management expertise

Business process reengineering

Strong communication (verbal and written)

Metadata documentation

Experience with Informatica tools (Axon, EDC, Data Quality)

Public health data experience.
