We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst/Data Analyst (BADA) with a strong background in payments. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, and a solid understanding of payment systems and processes. You will play a critical role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making within the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data-driven insights. • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in payment transactions. • Design and implement data models and dashboards to visualize key performance , indicators (KPIs). • Monitor and evaluate the performance of payment systems and processes, making recommendations for improvements. • Conduct impact assessments and support project management efforts related to payment initiatives. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment on data strategy and business objectives. • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting findings and actionable recommendations. • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in payments and data analysis. Qualifications: • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis and data analysis, with a focus on payments. • Strong understanding of payment systems, processes, and regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, AML). • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python) • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
