Essential Functions:
- Maintain and manage the organization’s master data, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy across various systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that address business needs, aligning with project objectives and company goals.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions, providing insights and recommendations based on trends, patterns, and metrics.
- Assist in managing projects by tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that project milestones are met.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test plans, validating solutions, and ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and addressed.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and systems, recommending best practices and strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, support, or technical analysis role.
- Experience being the interface to stakeholders to relate status, solution, or internal escalation
- Experience working closely with development teams to explain process, problem, or context to achieve the best outcome.
- Proficient PC skills in CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems- Produce Pro, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems.
