Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with over 7 years of experience translating complex business needs into effective technical solutions. Adept at collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, develop use cases, and create detailed process documentation. Brings 2 years of hands-on Agile experience, actively supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Skilled at bridging the gap between business and IT teams to ensure alignment, drive efficiency, and deliver high-impact project outcomes.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support the development team in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups
• Translate business needs into detailed use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain clear process documentation to support system enhancements and operational changes.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project goals.

• 7 years of experience required In the field or in a related area as a senior Business Analyst (Technical)
• 2 years of experience required Agile methodology experience
• 1 years of experience preferred Understanding of use cases
