Education and Certification Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
Minimum Qualifications a) Experience implementing and/or testing in one or more of the following:
ERP systems
PeopleSoft Modules
Financials
Human Capital Management (HCM)
Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA) |
b) Experience performing testing activities directly related to validating ERP implementation. c) Experience performing testing and reporting. d) Experience executing test plans to confirm business requirements. e) Experience creating test scripts including expected test results. f) Experience in tracking and reporting test results. g) Strong communication (verbal and written) skills and experience communicating with multiple levels, from leadership (e.g., Division Director), to technical and functional staff. h) Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Visio. i) Experience using Smartsheet or other similar collaboration tools. |j) Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing activities directly related to an ERP. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing activities directly related to user acceptance testing (UAT) working with the State or with other large government entity.
l) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
a) Experience working with the State or with other governments similar in size in terms of annual budget and full-time equivalent (FTE) employee count. b) Experience Testing Financials, HCM, and OAC. c) Knowledge of PeopleTools 8.59+. d) Experience developing UAT plans. e) Experience working with functional users. f) Experience with the following People Soft modules:

Accounts Receivable

Contracts
Project Closing
Purchase Orders/Encumbrances
Asset Management
General Ledger
Billing
Grants
Human Capital Management
Specific skill set required
Experience implementing and/or testing ERP systems, PeopleSoft modules, Financials, HCM, and OAC/OBIA
Experience performing testing activities directly related to validating ERP implementation
Ability to create comprehensive test scripts and execute test plans to confirm business requirements
Strong communication skills and experience working with both technical and functional stakeholders
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Visio, and collaboration tools
