    Internship Program Overview

    At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their career, all while making a giant impact. We offer 12-week internship opportunities all over the world across various business functions. Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team building activities. Additionally, interns will have access to online learnings and dedicated Summer Coach to further grow their careers with us

    What you will do

    Delivery Excellence – Reporting and analytics

    • Collect and organize data from various sources including cloud data warehouse platform(s)
    • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
    • Assist in the creation of presentations and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders within Power BI
    • Collaborate with team members on data-driven projects and initiatives following a demand management process
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a Masters degree in Business Analytics or Data Science, or a similar field and on track to graduate between December 2025-June 2026
    • Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills.
    • Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues.
    • An ambitious, creative, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
    • Ability to think big and deliver projects from conception through completion.
    • Highly organized and efficient.
    • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, and ability to adapt in a flexible and fast-paced environment.
    • Requirement of basic exposure to Python data processing
    • A basic understanding of Power BI, Cloud computing and SaaS offerings is a plus.
    • Previous internship experience is a plus.
    • Able to commit to a 12-week internship

    For positions in this location, we offer a base rate of $35.68/hour, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
