Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of Business Analyst experience

8+ years of SQL experience

8+ years of System Reporting (Oracle, SQL)

8+ years of Systems Testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)

8+ years of Agile Software Development Methodologies

8+ years of Experience in the delivery of complex Java/Oracle applications

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing)

2+ years of Project/Product Management experience

2+ years of experience in task and feature prioritization for high-value deliverables.

1+ year of Jira experience

Specific skill set required

Business Analysis

SQL (Data Querying & Reporting)

System Testing (UAT, Unit, Integration)

Agile Software Development Methodologies

Working with Power Apps-based Web Applications

Coordination with technical teams for deployments
