  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    This full-time position will support the Manager of Reporting & Analysis in the day-to-day, weekly and monthly reporting related activities, in support of one or more of the Brainlab entities. It is currently a hybrid role, with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.

    • Work directly with Manager of Reporting & Analysis to generate KPIs data for newly created business unit.
    • Perform regular monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for Managing Director.
    • Assist Director of National Accounts to maintain pricing of national group purchasing agreements.
    • Calculate and report group purchasing organization admin fees on a monthly basis.
      • Lead projects as assigned from inception to successful conclusion
      • Review quotes to ensure compliance with purchase agreements
    • Communicate changes to group purchase account members to Salesforce admin team.
    • Resolve issues and field questions from the sales and support teams.
    • Effectively communicate with various levels of management and international colleagues.
    • Perform research, development and analysis for projects related to the improvement of the organization.
    • Other special projects as required.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar analytical role with proven expertise working within a finance or sales operations environment
    • Bachelor’s degree required, majoring in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management preferred
    • Demonstrated strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, exhibiting creative problem solving
    • Ability to analyze and document processes with a history of success in recommending process improvements
    • Expert ability in Excel required, and strong MS Office skills overall.
    • Autonomous, with superb communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
    • Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, tact, professionalism and integrity
    • Multi-task effectively with precise attention to detail
    • Ability to utilize strong interpersonal and customer service skills to confidently work with internal and external people at all levels, including senior management
    • Ability to anticipate and creatively resolve problems
    • Thrives under pressure and comfortable with deadlines
    • Exceptional team player possessing initiative and motivation to work unsupervised
