Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to lead and support the successful execution of the RESET initiative within our Global Operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly blend analytical capabilities with program management expertise. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Operations Management (POM), Product Development Teams (PDT), Procurement, Factory operations, IT and in-house analytics team to deliver transformative results aligned with organizational goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Analysis:
Analyze operational workflows and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities within the POM NPI function.
Gather, document, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across POM, PDT, Procurement, and Factory functions.
Develop data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to guide decision-making and process improvements.
Create and present detailed reports, dashboards, and metrics to track progress and outcomes of RESET objectives.
Conduct trade-off analyses across various supply chain levers to evaluate potential impacts and optimize outcomes.
Assess current business processes and technologies to design future-state ("to-be") models aligned with measurable business ROI objectives.
Perform data and system analyses to identify technical debt or gaps and develop scalable, flexible architectures that meet evolving business needs.
