    ****MINIMUM/GENERAL EXPERIENCE:

    As a Business Analyst at CNF Technologies, you’ll engage in a dynamic and multifaceted role that requires a blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and effective communication. Your responsibilities and objectives will involve performing, analyzing, and optimizing new and existing business processes, learning how the Company conducts business, identifying areas for improvement, streamlining workflows, and enhancing operational efficiencies.

    As CNF continues to grow in size and complexity, you will be afforded ample opportunities for individual professional growth as long as you have the drive and desire to continuously learn, enhance your professional skills, and take on more intricate and complicated projects.

    You will report directly to the Project Management Office (PMO) Director and serve as a liaison between corporate and operational requirements, ensuring compliance and facilitating execution.

    Ideally, you should have experience/knowledge with or interest in developing skills in the following areas:

    • Researching, understanding, and applying DFARS/FAR requirements into execution, policies, and procedures
    • Researching, understanding, and ensuring compliance with DCMA Business System requirements
    • Overseeing, executing, and enhancing current company practices, business systems, policies, and procedures as applicable to the PMO
    • Researching, understanding, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements from a project management perspective
    • Communicating, coordinating, and presenting findings, recommendations, and new practices to teammates and management.
    • Deliberately choosing a career path within the Defense Contracting Industry (a $400 billion industry)
    • Understanding the intricacies of various processes within the organization
    • Participating in the implementation of updated business processes and workforce management platform
    • Investigating discrepancies, anomalies, and inconsistencies in data storage
    • Driving process analysis across all relevant business functions.
    • Assisting with the review, implementation, and execution of quality management policies and procedures
    • Understanding/establishing essential performance and risk indicators, as well as relevant reporting mechanisms
    • Must be able to work under pressure and prioritize competing assignments with tight deadlines in environments with frequent interruptions.
    • Effectively communicate with senior leadership and other Corporate department heads on topics such as project management and status.
    • Possess strong project management skills with the ability to start a project and finish it on communicated timelines.
    • Understand the intricacies of various processes and business systems within the company.
    • Record tasks and time spent on varying projects.
    • Demonstrate a personal commitment and drive to meet or exceed objectives.
    • Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Be self-motivated, organized, and capable of pro-actively identifying, sourcing, and handling multiple initiatives at one given time to successful completion.
    • Be a team player and willing to work in a fast paced, fluid environment.
    • Be adaptable and able to collaborate with others who support different business systems (such as Monday.com, Unanet, MS365, Zendesk, Snipe-IT, etc.).
    • 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience (prefer Business, Finance, Marketing, or Communications, but will consider other degrees).
    • 3+ years of experience in business analyst role or related field.
    • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (create and maintain spreadsheets, write professional policies and memos, and build presentations).

    FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:

    The selected candidate will be responsible for:

    • Helping with the implementation and management of the new PMO Workforce Management solution
