Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team at Urban Air Adventure Parks. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding our business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations and financial data
\- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize processes and increase efficiency
\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data
\- Develop and maintain operational and financial reports
\- Create and present proposals to senior management
\- Monitor and track key performance indicators and provide insights to improve business performance
\- Research and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape
\- Assist in development and implementation of new processes and procedures
\- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes
\- Provide support to various departments and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
\- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
\- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role
\- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
\- Excellent communication and presentation skills
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\- Prior experience in the entertainment or leisure industry is a plus
Pay: $90,000 - $115,000 per year
