    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and profitability through data-driven insights, financial modeling, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or economics, proficiency in financial modeling, and advanced Excel and knowledge of Power BI skills. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, assess business performance, and support decision-making processes that align with our business objectives.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Develop, maintain, and analyze financial models to support business decisions, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

    Utilize Power BI to create and deliver insightful reports and dashboards that communicate key business metrics and trends to stakeholders.

    Perform data analysis to identify areas for cost savings, process improvements, and performance optimization within the manufacturing facility.

    Support senior leadership by preparing presentations and reports for strategic discussions and decision-making.

    Provide financial and operational insights to various departments, contributing to the alignment of business objectives and production goals.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and develop effective strategies to meet performance targets.

    Conduct in-depth analysis of manufacturing processes and financial results to highlight opportunities for efficiency gains.

    Assist in the development of long-term business strategies and short-term action plans based on data-driven insights.

    Maintain and enhance Excel-based tools and reports to streamline operations and improve data accuracy.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Work Experience:

    2-3 years of experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting, preferably in a manufacturing or operational setting.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis, etc.).

    Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

    Solid understanding of financial concepts, budgeting, and forecasting.

    Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.

    Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.

    Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Experience in strategic planning or business process optimization within a manufacturing setting.

    Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing management software.

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
