Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing and supporting SaaS business applications.
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM, WMS, or BI systems and their role in business operations.
- Background in accounting and transactions, with a solid understanding of financial processes.
- Proficiency in database structures, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and leverage data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
