    Job Type: FTE Direct Hire
    Location: Hybrid in Columbus, OH – multiple locations

    Job Summary
    Wright Technical Services is proud to represent a healthcare manufacturer for this role. The P21 Business Application Specialist will play a critical role in administering, configuring, supporting, upgrading, and managing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, primarily Prophet 21 and JobBOSS. This position will also contribute to crafting reports, managing integrations, and providing end-user support. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Quality, and Purchasing, to ensure ERP systems and related tools meet business needs efficiently and effectively.

    Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred for this role.
    • Four (4) year degree in Technology Services or equivalent.
    • Proven experience administering and managing ERP systems (Prophet 21 and/or JobBOSS experience preferred).
    • Proficiency in creating and managing reports using Crystal Reports, Power BI, Phocas, or similar tools.
    • Strong knowledge of database administration, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.
    • Familiarity with EDI integrations and related technologies.
    • Experience providing end-user support in a ticketing system such as Jira.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and external vendors.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Preferred Skills:
      • Experience with Avalara Tax.
      • Familiarity with GIT (revision control system).
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and PowerShell scripting.
      • SQL development experience

    Description and Responsibilities

    • Administer, configure, and support ERP systems (Prophet 21 and JobBOSS) to meet business requirements.
    • Design and develop reports using tools such as Crystal Reports, Power BI, Phocas, and Grow.
    • Manage and maintain EDI integrations, including Comparatio.
    • Liaise with external vendors, such as the eCommerce vendor American Eagle, to ensure seamless system operations.
    • Administer and maintain database servers using Microsoft SQL Server.
    • Provide end-user support for technical issues, leveraging Jira for ticket management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system needs and implement solutions.
    • Support system upgrades, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain system stability.
    • Perform other duties as requested by the Technology Manager.
