As a Business Architect, you are responsible for bridging the gap between business goals and technical solutions, ensuring alignment between people, processes, and technology. Business Architect | Day-to-Day
- Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to define business goals, strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
- Design and document end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Develop and recommend innovative solutions to optimize business operations, improve customer experiences, and support scalable growth.
- Work closely with business units, IT, and data teams to ensure that business needs are met with the appropriate technical capabilities, particularly in cloud-based environments like Snowflake.
- Analyze business performance data and market trends to propose recommendations, drive continuous improvement, and help achieve strategic business goals.
Business Architect | Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in business architecture, business analysis, or enterprise transformation, ideally within healthcare or regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of business architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and the ability to align business and technology strategies effectively across the organization.
- Proven experience in process design and optimization, utilizing methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN to drive significant operational improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from C-level executives to operational teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment of business goals and technical solutions.
- Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms, utilizing data for business intelligence, analytics, and informed decision-making to optimize performance.
