Responsibilities: • Bring your contacts, build and manage your career, maintaining and cultivating strong relationships with existing clients • Provide exceptional legal advice and representation to clients in various business matters, including contracts, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance • Collaborate with firm leadership to develop and implement strategies to expand our business practice and attract new clients • Mentor and guide junior attorneys, sharing your expertise and contributing to their professional growth • Stay abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends related to business law to ensure clients receive the most up-to-date legal advice Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar • Substantial experience as a Business Attorney, with a strong and loyal book of business • Proven track record of success in business law, including advising clients on complex business transactions and providing general corporate counsel • Excellent business development skills, with the ability to attract and retain clients • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment Compensation: $100,000+ potential
