    As a Business Client Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to support the growth and retention of our automotive repair customer base by efficiently managing client interactions and facilitating key administrative tasks. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic outreach efforts.

    Essential functions

    Schedule and coordinate appointments for potential and existing customers, ensuring optimal utilization of company resources and maximizing appointment conversion rates.

    Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding estimates, providing accurate and detailed information to facilitate informed decision-making.

    Conduct declined sales call backs and cold calling campaigns to re-engage potential customers and capitalize on missed opportunities.

    Reach out to customers who have not visited in a while, rekindling relationships and encouraging repeat business.

    Follow up with customers with open finance funding to expedite payment processing and ensure timely completion of transactions.

    Initiate proactive outreach to customers who have previously shown interest but did not proceed with a purchase, leveraging persuasive communication techniques to encourage conversion.

    Contact customers who were unreachable during previous interactions, utilizing effective follow-up strategies to reestablish communication and address any concerns.

    Actively contribute to the achievement of revenue targets by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promoting additional products or services to existing clients.

    Assist in maintaining accurate customer records, updating databases, and generating reports to track key performance metrics and support decision-making processes.

    Qualifications

    High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field required.

    Previous customer service experience preferred.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.

    Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks effectively.

    Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

    Must be computer proficient and be able to effectively use email and database systems, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.

    Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Will have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working at a computer.

    Prolonged periods of standing are possible.

    Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds (lbs) at times.
