Business Consultant (Day Time)– Baton Rouge, LA Entrepreneur Magazine’s #1 Ranked Commercial Cleaning Franchise and #1 Fastest Growing Franchise is looking to fill a Business Consultant Position for its Southeast Louisiana Market. This position is critical to the success of the company and offers an excellent career opportunity for the right person. This position is focused on account retention and franchise development and plays a critical role in the growth of the company. This position reports to the Regional Director and Vice President of Operations of the company respectively.

Major Responsibilities

Work well with Customers and Franchisees to deliver top notch customer satisfaction

Provides same day resolution to customer complaints

Manage territory and build strong customer relationships, quality control and brand loyalty

Assist Corporate with Franchise Owner Training Classes

Achieve full compliance with inspection schedules and 99+% client retention rates

Work with Franchisees on business management coaching, employee training, and overall business skills development

Identify and sell value added services to customers

Perform site visits & account inspections with feedback and recommendations to franchisees, manage new account start-ups

Identify and sell special service work at existing client accounts

Job Requirements

An independent self-starter with the ability to multi-task

4-year undergraduate degree in a related discipline, preferred but not required

3-5 years’ experience in management, customer service, account or territory management, or field service

Consultative style, but represents Jan-Pro Brand with enthusiasm

Detailed, disciplined and organized individual, with an ability to lead and coach people in an organized way

Excellent written and verbal communication skills & good computer skills

Excellent driving record

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Hours for the position are primarily business hours, with availability needed after hours and weekends as needed/required
