    Overview: Our client, a well-respected commercial landscape maintenance company in Arlington, TX, is seeking a hunter to join their team as a business developer. 

    Weekly Activities:

    • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Dedicate a significant portion of your week to identifying and pursuing new leads through cold calling, cold visits to properties, networking events, and leveraging your existing network.
    • Client Meetings and Presentations: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, present tailored proposals, and build strong relationships.
    • Pipeline Management: Regularly review and update your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and potential revenue.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, estimating) to develop competitive proposals and ensure smooth project execution.
    • Lunch-and-Learns: Organize and participate in lunch-and-learn sessions with property management groups to educate potential clients about our services and build brand awareness.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and the DFW commercial real estate market to identify new opportunities and refine your sales strategies.

    KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

    • Sales Revenue: Achieve an annual sales goal in new commercial landscape maintenance contracts.
    • Pipeline Value: Maintain a healthy pipeline in potential projects.
    • Closing Ratio: Consistently convert a high percentage of qualified leads into closed deals.
    • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, responsiveness, and exceeding expectations.

    Ideal Candidate:

    We're seeking a self-sufficient, motivated individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in commercial landscaping, construction, or a related industry. Strong time management skills, excellent communication, and a passion for building relationships are essential. Familiarity with the DFW commercial real estate market and an understanding of the green industry are highly desirable.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Compensation OTE (On Target Earnings): $160k - $205k
    • Uncapped Commissions Potential: Opportunity to significantly increase earnings based on sales performance.
