Compensation: $70-75k base target salary plus Commissions on Sales paid quarterly based on Payment, range 3-5% on revenue.

They specialize in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces that enhance the aesthetic appeal of commercial properties and improve the overall environment.
They want to hire a Business Developer to sell their services by generating leads, developing a pipeline and closing maintenance contracts, snow services, enhancements or installation jobs.
Position: Business Developer for Commercial Landscape Maintenance
Job Overview:
As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and increasing revenue by identifying and pursuing new commercial landscape maintenance contracts, installation projects, enhancements, tree services and snow removal services. You will work closely with the management team to develop and execute effective strategies to target potential clients, build relationships, and close deals.
You will be responsible for developing proposals and estimates and presenting to decision makers to close on opportunities.
