    Job Title: Business Developer for HOA's

    Job Description

    Our client is Atlanta’s premier in town Emergency Service and Restoration company that’s been in business for 20 years. They are looking for a talented professional Reconstruction Business Developer to target HOA's  across the Greater Atlanta market.

    • Build a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a premier experience.
    • Build and maintain relationships with prospective business to business clients.
    • Create and prioritize strategic target accounts list.
    • Sign-Up accounts (individual buildings) for a catastrophe plan
    • Schedule and Host Meet and Greets at our Corporate offices/warehouse with prospective HOA Property Managers
    • Research and build new accounts. (i.e. adding contacts to CRM, sending introductory and follow up emails as needed to onboard clients, scheduling calls and meetings as needed.)
    • Learn and be able to explain to clients how the company differs from its competitors. Be able to define and sell a Catastrophe Plan (Cat-plan).
    • Conduct high level conversation with senior executives in prospect account meetings.
    • Focus on researching and bringing on HOA Property Management clients
    • Maintain active engagement with existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in the company and its services.
    • Participate and assist in planning Marketing events (i.e. GSLA, BOMA, etc.)
    • Work with Sales & Marketing Coordinator and other Business Development team members as needed.
    • Train on DASH and ZOHO (CRMs).
    • Use reporting and tracking features to build target lists and track key performance indicators (i.e. Cat-plans, Meet and Greets, etc.)
    • Maintain tracking via Marketing Scorecards on a regular basis.
    • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
    • Attend meetings and be able to debrief the team on updates and progress with Business Development activities.

    Requirements:

    • At least two (2) years experience building relationships with HOA  property managers.
    • Proficient on a computer and cell phone
    • Proficient with Microsoft office
    • Ability to learn and use a CRM

    Compensation:

    • Base Salary targeting $70k plus Commission Structure uncapped. ($30-90k commissions)
    • Company will provide: AMEX with expense account for business development expenses.
    • Company will provide: Monthly Auto Reimbursement
    • Company will provide: Company Fuel card
    • Company will provide: Cell phone and computer/tablet
